Lack of editing including spelling and characters that don't align as well as a story that doesn't sync up and often repeats itself.
I liked it. I read to put myself to sleep and some things work better than others. Well written, I thought.
I am sorry, these Billionaire books are just way too far out there for me. The story was engaging, but just kinda .......... impossible.
I get hooked reading Carol Grace's novels. This is an easy read that takes your mind away and makes you think could that happen to me. The book is not too long and not too short. You won't be disappointed.
... It was an okay read. The beginning sounded exciting and cool but as it went on... it just DRAGS on. Until the end. Literally. After that the ending was like, BOOM, let's stay together forever. Which was what I hated the most about this story. The plot was okay. But there was no romantic stuff. They only kissed like what, two freaking times. Even after getting together at the end, they were like, okay, I miss you, I will stay with you now. Ugh. I only got through halfway before I stopped. Only to continue hours later. I only recommend if you are lazy and want to pass your time quickly.
The heroine was a very typical character. The hero was also the typical, I will love you forever type. The story was, the heroine and hero wanted to move to a different country and stay there together. The hero was a rich heir. On the day they were supposed to fly away. The hero had a problem which was unavoidable. The heroine broke her phone and couldn't get through. Heroine thought that hero stood her up. Vowed never to see him again. Eight years later, hero go plane crash, landed in country where heroine went. Spend time with her. Heroine refuse to get together. Hero went away for a while. Realise she miss him. And BOOM, let's be together forever. However, it's not as fast as it sounds. Once you get to the middle, the story just drags on day by day like a journal.
